Running Events courier delivery option is a premium service for those who don’t mind paying a little extra to avoid the stress and inconvenience of pre-race or race-day registration. When you pay for the courier delivery option, your race pack - including race number, timing chip and any other goodies included with your entry - are delivered to you prior to the event meaning you do not have to register in person.

To ensure the safe and timely delivery of your race pack, it is important to understand some of the limitations of this service. The service is NOT available for all entry types and/or for all events - please consult the event web site in question to check if courier delivery is available to you. Our courier service is provided by Fastway Couriers and parcels are sent - and fees set - from Running Events’ Auckland base.

How It Works

If courier delivery is available for your chosen event, the option will appear on the online entry form (courier delivery is not available for mail-in entries). Select the options you need (see below) and complete the desired delivery address. Approximately 2-3 weeks prior to the event, you will receive an email confirming your race pack has been sent and a link to the online tracking system. You should receive your package within 2-3 working days after receiving our email. If you don’t please use the online tracking and report any difficulties to the courier company as soon as possible. Full details are on your courier confirmation email. In the extremely unlikely event that your package is lost or undeliverable, please use the event contact form to get in touch with us.

Important! Only the address of the first entrant on any cart will be used for courier delivery. For individual delivery of race packs, please ensure you enter on a separate online registration transaction.
